Booking Policy: On receipt of a 30% deposit for the specified cruise, we will send you a confirmation. The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days before departure to Scandinavian Scuuba Doo Co., Ltd. If Scandinavian Scuuba Doo Co., Ltd does not receive the balance in time, West Coast Divers Co., Ltd. retains the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can only be acknowledged if received IN WRITING, by fax (+66 76 333 607) or by email. Cancellations by telephone are not acceptable. Cancellation received 61 days or more prior to departure: Full refund less bank charges. Cancellation received 30-60 days prior to departure: Deposit of 30% of full price will not be refunded. Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to departure: Full cruise price will be charged. Insurance: Scandinavian Scuuba Doo Co., Ltd. strongly recommend that each guest purchase comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance when space is reserved.
